Belt conveyors
Belt conveyors are planned according to your specific needs and made to measure. It is possible to install a magnetic separator to separate ferrous metals from the product flow.
Spiral conveyors
Flexible spiral conveyors are almost maintenance-free and allow for the dust-free transport of conveyed material, even in curves and over inclines. Flexible spirals are also very quiet and require little energy.
Rigid conveyor spirals are suitable for coarse material; vertical conveyor systems especially if a higher output is required. Rigid conveyor spirals can also be used for conveying problematic substances.
Screw conveyors
Auger or pipe screw conveyors are manufactured individually according to your needs. Screw conveyors are used in various areas:

Iron separation - magnetic separators
Integrated magnetic separators in various designs prevent damage to the installations caused by contaminated conveyed material. RGS Recycling Systems offers complete installations with integrated magnetic separators.
We use drum magnets or band magnets for the constant separation of metallic pieces, or cost-effective pipe magnets for occasional pieces of iron, in order to remove the smallest metallic pieces from the product flow even at high delivery rates.
Shredder systems
RGS offers a wide range of shredder systems for all requirements, including special productions and designs. The spectrum of possibilities ranges from special designs with lifting equipment for filling the shredder systems, to the integration of spiral conveyor systems for disposing of chippings, filling trucks and silos or other conveyor components. It is also possible to combine them with vertical installations equipped with an iron separator or to perform subsequent separation using a screening system.
